Use the guidelines below to ensure your files will reproduce properly during the printing process.

• Submit file with correct page size
• Must have crop/trim marks to indicate page dimensions.
• Include any bleeds
• If text goes out of live area it may get cut off
• File must be CMYK
• All fonts used in document must be
   embedded in PDF file
• Resolution for images in file must be at least 255dpi
• PDF files must be 1200dpi or higher

To create a PDF file that meets NCI specs, you will need to download the printer description file from the downloads page.

Please provide the following  with your submission:
•  Color Laser Proof of each page at 100%
•  Printed window of CD contents
•  Submit on CD
•  Do not stuff or compress files

Note:  Ads requiring changes must be resubmitted on CD as new ads.  NCI does not make changes to Agency supplied ads.
